IACTS VATS Fellowship Program – Since 2022

Since 2022, Dr. Balasubramoniam has been the Program Coordinator and Faculty for the IACTS VATS Fellowship Program at Yashoda Hospitals. This structured fellowship trains young surgeons in minimally invasive thoracic surgery, providing hands-on workshops, live surgery observation, and case-based discussions. His mentorship has empowered numerous surgeons to confidently perform VATS procedures, shaping the next generation of thoracic specialists in India.
